Sertraline
[Zoloft] Good choice overall, best SSRI for heart disease, no CYP drug interactions below 150mg.
Paroxetine
[Paxil] Poor choice as SSRI (higher sexual/weight SE, anticholinergic, pregnancy and WD risks).
Gepirone
[$ Exxua] Similar to buspirone but not as useful (costly, requires EKG testing, failed in most depression trials)
