DSM-5 Structured Test

Structured tests translate DSM criteria into plain English. The versions below are based on decades of experience using structured tests and rating scales in private practice. They have not been validated in research, but use the same DSM-based logical framework as validated tests like the MINI and the SCID.

I have made these freely available to improve clinical practice. Feel free to adjust the language to better serve your population, but keep it true to the DSM criteria. The system scores each test, does not gather identifying information. You can cut and paste the results into your EMR.
