Modafinils

Viloxazine
[$ Qelbree] Non-stimulant for ADHD, more effective than atomoxetine. Treats depression in alcohol use disorder.
Atomoxetine
Good for ADHD with anxiety, but least effective among FDA options for ADHD. Avoid in bipolar.
Naltrexone
[Vivitrol] Opioid blocker treats alcohol and opioid use disorders (and, in combination with bupropion, meth). May help gambling addiciton and antipsychotic weight gain. Inj or oral.
Pramipexole
[Mirapex] Dopamine agonist with powerful benefits in unipolar and bipolar depression, also restless leg syndrome.
