Similar to ketamine. Treats TD [2] and irritability in TBI [1]. Last-line secret-weapon for bipolar/unipolar depression, OCD, cognition, DMDD, autism, weight-loss, fatigue.
[Keppra] For mania [3] and tardive dyskinesia [2]. Although a seizure med, it improves cognition.
[Zoloft] Good choice overall, best SSRI for heart disease, no CYP drug interactions below 150mg.
[Paxil] Poor choice as SSRI (higher sexual/weight SE, anticholinergic, pregnancy and WD risks).
