Buprenorphine-naloxone

[Suboxone] First line for opioid use disorders

[Naprosyn] NSAID treatment-resistant OCD. Well tolerated short term, but long term risks.

[Zofran] First-line for OCD (very effective, well tolerated). May help binge drinking, bulimia.

[Serzone] Last-line antidepressant (a less sedating version of trazodone, but liver risks)

[Remeron] Ideal for elderly and depression with GI problems, insomnia, anxiety. Hypnotic [3], OCD [3], Anorexia [3], Meth [1].

Deepens sleep quality in low doses, but under-utlilized as an antidepressant, where it can be very effective and tolerable if dosed at night.

[Rozerem] Safe hypnotic that may improve depression in bipolar disorder. Think of it as a potent melatonin.

Natural hypnotic and anxiolytic, safe in elderly.

[Lunesta]Among the z-hypnotics, has the most benzo-like properties, and can augment antidepressants (short term) in depression and GAD.
