[Wellbutrin] First-line for depression (lacks weight-gain, sexual, cognitive, fatigue SEs; lack of WD). Safest antidepressant in bipolar. Treats nicotine but not as well as varenicline. Treats ADHD a little; RLS.
[Topamax] PTSD [2], alcohol [2], bulimia [1], borderline/aggression [3], weight [2], OCD [3], meth [1], cocaine [2], gambling [2], schizophrenia aug [1] migraines
[Provigil, Nuvigil] Wakefulness-promoting agents FDA approved for fatigue associated with sleep apnea or shift work. Also treats bipolar depression (2), unipolar depression (3), ADHD (3), and cocaine use disorder.
Good for ADHD with anxiety, but least effective among FDA options for ADHD. Avoid in bipolar.
[Vivitrol] Opioid blocker treats alcohol and opioid use disorders (and, in combination with bupropion, meth). May help gambling addiciton and antipsychotic weight gain. Inj or oral.
