[Remeron] Ideal for elderly and depression with GI problems, insomnia, anxiety. Hypnotic [3], OCD [3], Anorexia [3], Meth [1].
Dextromethorphan
Think of it as low-potency ketamine. Rapid acting as Auvelity in depression, or as monotherapy [3] in bipolar depression. OCD [3], agitation in dementia. Abuse potential.
