[Cytomel] For treatment-resistant bipolar/unipolar depression, well-tolerated and may actually improve manic or anxious symptoms

[Parnate] Ideal MAOI for tolerability, with low weight/sedation problems. May treat panic.

[Nardil] Ideal MAOI for anxiety, and more effective for social anxiety than SSRIs.

[Marplan] Third-line among the MAOIs (least studied of the bunch).

[$ EMSAM] Skin patch MAOI, good to start with (low dose = no food interactions) but not as potent as older MAOIs.

[$ Ozempic, Wegovy] Medium effective of the GLPs for weight loss (use if BMI >30 or > 27 with complications of obesity).

[Victoza, Saxenda] Least effective of the GLPs for weight loss, but generic.

[Requip] Similar to pramipexole but not as clearly effective in depression
