Management
Best choice for sexual dys in men (and women on SSRIs) because long-duration allows spontaneity.
Caution in cardiac disease (interaction with nitrates, hypotension). Also treats Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy (BPH). If patient has heart disease, best to get cardiology approval or defer to PCP/cardiology to prescribe.
