Dosing
Sildenafil citrate 20mg 1 q24hr prn (take 1-4 hr before intercourse), can dose up to 100mg/d. Only 20, 50, and 100mg pills are affordable
Management
Caution is cardiac disease (interaction with nitrates, hypotension). If patient has heart disease, best to get cardiology approval or defer to PCP/cardiology to prescribe.
