Dosing
Can use over the counter version. Inject two 2mg/ml pre-filled Luer-Lock ready needleless syringes (Project Lazarus rescue kit), use as prescribed separately)
Management
Can be prescribed or OTC. Instruct family and patient in use of it if at risk for overdose, even if you are not prescribing the opioid they take.
