Dosing
Divide BID or TID, with usual dose 60-90 mg/d, start 5-7.5 mg BID
Management
Well-tolerated (Dizziness, nervousness, nausea, headache, jitteriness). Can cause mania. Metabolized through CYP3A4.
Not very effective in depression augmentation, but very well-tolerated.
